Eugene McKinley, 96. Resident of Latonia, KY. Died June14, 2013 after a brief stay at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood, KY.
Born December 10, 1916 to Eugene and Katherine Kolb McKinley. A: 1935 alumus of Holmes High School; WW#2 Army veteran. Member of Lakeside Christian Church, and former member, treasurer, and Elder of First Christian Church, Covington, KY. Retired 1981 as a tool crib clerk for the R. A. Jones Corporation and formerly employed with Littleford Brothers. An avid UK Wildcats Baskeball fan. In the 1980's he was Holmes High School Bulldogs basketball games announcer.
SERVICES 11AM Thursday, June 20th at Allison & Rose Funeral Home, Robbins Street and Madison Avenue, Covington, KY. MILITARY HONORS AND BURIAL Highland Cemetery, Ft. Mitchell, KY. VISITATION 4PM until 7PM Wednesday, June 19th at the Funeral Home..
